I myself explored different fields of work, from online marketer to manager at a bakery. Of course, there was something I liked in all those jobs, and financially it was a good fit, but it never felt completely appropriate. Why not? For a long time, I couldn't articulate that very well. Until I found out with a career coach that, among other things, I needed to look for my intrinsic motivation.

That insight led me to training as a job coach. Working with people who have difficulty finding work, and helping them find a job that suits them, that's what excites me. Since then I have been active as a career coach. And that feeling that everything is falling into place, I wish you too!

Of course, work doesn't have to be everything - we can also find fulfillment privately - but it's crucial to know where your true motivation lies. Do you want to contribute to a better world, work for a good salary, or perhaps just further your social contacts? Whatever it is, it starts with understanding your motivation and acting on those values.

My coaching style is all about discovering new possibilities and breaking through stuck thinking patterns. I know better than anyone what it's like to be stuck in your career, and I believe the key to change lies in daring to look at things from a different perspective. That is exactly what we are going to do together.

I challenge you to think more broadly, outside the box. Sometimes that takes some getting used to, but it often leads to surprising insights and solutions. As a coach I am optimistic, but also down-to-earth. I am there to help you (re)discover your own strengths, with a touch of humor and perspective.

My approach is personal and flexible. I help you discover your deeper motivation: What do you really want in your work? What are your values and drives? We look at what you like, but especially at what gives you energy and what really makes you happy. Because I want you to have a job that you are not only good at, but that also contributes to your personal development and happiness.
