In order to use the services of Unfold Career Coaching, clients and principals (employers) must provide the personal data required for the work of Unfold Career Coaching/Unfold Career Coaching may request the necessary data from the client. The requesting, making available and sharing of your personal data as described above is always done with the aim of promoting guidance.

2. For what purpose is the data processed and which personal data is processed?
I process your personal data when you use my services. This data is always tailored to the stated purpose, which means that I do not collect more data than I need to achieve the intended purpose. Your personal data will be used by me to: – process your request for guidance; – provide you with a personal trajectory:
(career) coaching, job application training; – to maintain direct contact with you via e-mail or telephone; – to manage my client base; – to perform administrative tasks, such as planning; – to invoice;
Depending on one or more of the above objectives, the following personal data are processed: name (initials, first names, prefix, surname); place of residence; telephone number; email address; date of birth; data
that are specifically related to the services of Unfold Career Coaching, namely first day of illness, a current assessment or occupational expert report, employment contract (since), contract hours, date of employment, gross salary, breadwinner,
trajectory plan, evaluation results, appointment dates, curriculum vitae. 

3. How are personal data secured?

I take the protection of the personal data of interested parties seriously and therefore take appropriate organizational and technical measures such as: applying encryption where possible, using passwords and
giving staff limited access to that data and including a confidentiality clause in their contracts. In the event of a data breach, I will report this to the supervisory authority. If the situation requires it, I will also report this to you.

 4. What rights do clients of Unfold Career Coaching have and how can they exercise them?

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, clients of Unfold Career Coaching have various rights with regard to their personal data to ensure their privacy. This allows you to: – request and view the personal data that has been processed; – if it shows any inaccuracies, request me to improve, supplement, delete or shield your personal data; – request to limit the processing of personal data; – object to the processing of the personal data; – request a copy of the personal data and have it forwarded to a third party under certain conditions; – withdraw the consent you previously gave to process your data; – object to the (automated) processing of your personal data due to special personal circumstances. If you wish to exercise one of the above rights, you can let me know by sending me an e-mail message via unfold@unfoldcareercoaching.nl. To ensure that the request has been made by you, I ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. To protect your privacy, I ask you to black out your passport photo and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in the copy of your ID. I will process your request as quickly as possible, however, depending on the nature of the request, I will first weigh up the interests and assess whether I can and may comply with the request. I will then send you an appropriate response. If you have not received a response to your request in a timely manner or if the request has been rejected, you have the right to file a complaint with the privacy supervisor, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or to initiate proceedings in court.
