and agree to the use of your personal data. The requesting, making available and sharing of your personal data as described above is always done with the purpose of promoting coaching.
2. For what purpose are the data processed and what personal data are processed?
I process your personal data when you use my services. These data are always tailored to the indicated
purpose, which means that I do not collect more data than I need to realize the intended purpose. Your personal data will be used by me to: - process your request for guidance; - offer you a personal process
Maintain direct contact with you via e-mail or telephone; - Manage my client database; - Perform administrative tasks, such as planning; - Bill you;
Depending on one or more of the above purposes, the following personal data will be processed: name (initials, first names, middle name, last name); place of residence; telephone number; email address; date of birth; data
specifically related to the services of Unfold Career Coaching, namely first day of illness, current assessment or employment expert report, employment (since), contract hours, date of employment, gross salary, breadwinner,
trajectory plan, evaluation results, dates of appointments, curriculum vitae.
3. How are personal data protected?
I take the protection of the personal data of interested parties seriously and therefore take appropriate organizational and technical measures such as: applying encryption where possible, by using passwords and
by giving staff limited access to that data and including a confidentiality clause in their contracts. In case of a data breach, I will report this to the supervisory authority. If the situation requires
demands, I will also report this to you.
4. What rights do clients of Unfold Career Coaching have and how can they exercise them?
Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation, clients of Unfold Career Coaching have several rights regarding their personal data in order to safeguard their privacy. For example, you can: - the personal data that
have been processed, retrieve and view them; - if they reveal inaccuracies, request me to correct, supplement, delete or block your personal data; - request to restrict the processing of personal data;
- object to the processing of the personal data; - request a copy of the personal data and have it sent to a third party under certain conditions; - withdraw the permission you previously gave to process your data;
- object to the (automated) processing of your personal data due to special personal circumstances. If you wish to exercise any of the foregoing rights, you may let me know by sending me an e-mail message at

I will not keep your personal data longer than necessary or longer than required by law. If you tell me to remove your data from my system, I will do so immediately to the extent permitted by law.
